Material Selection

From certified raw materials to high-performance composites

After determining application requirements, materials compliant with EN/ASTM standards with verified mechanical/thermal resistance are selected. All inputs are tracked with batch numbers and supplier certificates. Chemical composition, density, microstructure, and, if necessary, sample tests (tensile, rupture, heat aging) are conducted.

Engineering Calculations

Simulation of load, temperature, and vibration scenarios

Based on project data, sizing, expansion movements, stress, and fatigue analyses are performed. Critical areas are validated with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CAD data; necessary safety factors are calculated. All calculation reports and revision history are stored in a digital archive.

Quality Control

Final verification before delivery

Dimensional tolerances (caliper/template), torque values, pressure, and sealing tests are conducted. Surface defects and workmanship quality are inspected visually. Sampling is performed according to the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) plan. A pre-shipment inspection form and high-resolution photo set are prepared.
